Booking a stay.
Our booking calendar is provided by Smoobu. Information you enter there is used to manage your reservation, payment, arrival and communications about your stay. Please read Smoobu's privacy policy before submitting your booking. We use booking information to fulfil your reservation and meet our legal obligations.
Hear first.
If you join our list, we store your name, email address and any interests you select in Lovable Cloud. We use your consent to send updates about new cabins and dates. We don't sell your information. Unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; any marketing email should also offer an unsubscribe option.
Cookies and analytics.
Essential services support bookings and remember your cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from booking or joining the email list. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Keeping and protecting information.
We keep information only for as long as needed for the reason it was collected and any applicable legal requirements. Our booking and hosting providers process information on our behalf and may process it outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. Contact us for details relevant to your information.
Your rights.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is used. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
