Life got busy. So we built somewhere to stop.

We're Nicky and Mark. A good life can still get so full that rest, attention and each other get squeezed out. Nothing's wrong, exactly. There's just very little room left.

The Folly Retreat is our answer: five cabins on the edge of Wicken, each with its own sauna, outdoor copper spa bath and thoughtfully considered interiors. Sloe is the first. Well, Ley, Flow and Root will follow.

We'd rather think of the small things before you have to: the charger, the blanket, the easy first-night supper. What you do with the space is up to you.

Think slow mornings, good coffee and nowhere else you need to be.
